Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping times?
We deliver your order within 4 to 7 business days. Please note that order processing takes 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.

How long does order processing take?
Order processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order directly on our website. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on our site to follow the progress of your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Tolena ships to selected countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout. More shipping zones coming soon.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update your address. Contact us immediately at support@tolena.store.

What if I haven’t received my order?
If your estimated delivery time has passed, please contact our customer care team. We’ll investigate and get back to you within 48 hours.

Do you offer express shipping?
At the moment, we offer standard delivery only. Express shipping will be available soon.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?
Check with your neighbors or local post office. If the issue persists, contact us with your order number and tracking info.

Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placing them. After that, your order may already be in preparation.
